About the Employer

If so Currencies 4 You are an international company working within the foreign exchange markets. Our head office is based in the UK however we currently have offices in both Spain and Portugal. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice, your typical day involves providing excellent service to customers and supporting the smooth operation of the business. You'll:

Call Potential and existing clients
Keep up to date with an essential database
Use appropriate resources and technology to meet client needs
Gain a full understanding of our services to discuss with potential clients
Understand international markets to contribute to daily briefs and discuss with potential clients
Develop knowledge of relevant regulations and legislations
Provide excellent customer service via all communication platforms
Day to day use of the full Microsoft package
Provide clients with advice, guidance and support whilst managing their expectations
Understand the extended customer journey
Work closely with other departments to ensure tasks are managed accurately and efficiently
Research into customers behaviors including influencing factors such as loyalty, emotion, and culture

Your day as an apprentice will be varied and dynamic, offering valuable opportunities to develop customer service skills while contributing to the success of the business.
