Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Deliver personalised, attentive service with energy and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
Assist with stock management, inventory, and bar supplies
Collaborate with the bar team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Engage guests with enthusiasm and knowledge of drinks, menus, and recommendations

Previous bartending experience in a luxury, high-volume, or fine dining environment preferred
Passionate about mixology, guest service, and hospitality
