As Night Kitchen Porter, you will ensure the kitchen is fully cleaned, organised, and reset for the next day's service.,
- Deep clean kitchen equipment and service areas
- Ensure all utensils and cookware are cleaned and stored
- Dispose of waste safely and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Support the wider team with end-of-day processes
