Conduct financial modelling, valuation analyses, due diligence for M&A and capital raising transactions with increasing independence.
Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and client presentations.
Research and analyze clients' financial reporting, industry, and market data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
Assist senior team members with idea generation and in all phases of M&A transaction execution including ownership of discrete workstreams.
Work proactively across multiple product groups and geographies.
Monitor trends across the Mining sector to support in deal origination and pitching.

This role demands technical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset., 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent) university qualification
At least 6 - 12 months of relevant work experience in investment banking or a related field
Experience in and / or knowledge of the Mining and / or Natural Resources sectors
Demonstrated experience with relevant financial modelling and valuation work
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under time pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization, including external stakeholders
