What You'll Do

Reception

Welcoming guests and completing check-ins/check-outs
Handling guest enquiries
Processing reservations and amendments
Supporting VIP arrivals
Managing guest requests and complaints
Using hotel property management systems

Housekeeping

Conducting room inspections
Supporting room attendants
Monitoring quality standards
Managing guest requests
Learning inventory and linen control processes

Restaurant

Greeting and serving guests
Taking orders
Setting up dining areas
Delivering food and beverages
Maintaining service standards
Building menu and product knowledge

Bar

Preparing and serving beverages
Supporting bar operations

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
