Introduction
An opportunity to complete a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship across 3 years with Red Carnation Hotels, in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire. Complete a Degree whilst gaining practical operational experience in luxury hotels in the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do
Reception
- Welcoming guests and completing check-ins/check-outs
- Handling guest enquiries
- Processing reservations and amendments
- Supporting VIP arrivals
- Managing guest requests and complaints
- Using hotel property management systems
Housekeeping
- Conducting room inspections
- Supporting room attendants
- Monitoring quality standards
- Managing guest requests
- Learning inventory and linen control processes
Restaurant
- Greeting and serving guests
- Taking orders
- Setting up dining areas
- Delivering food and beverages
- Maintaining service standards
- Building menu and product knowledge
Bar
- Preparing and serving beverages

Training Outcome
