Strong educational background; a degree is required and a masters degree would be an advantage
2+ years using KDB+ to develop software
Experience with Unix environments
Demonstrated client experience and a track record of developing software solutions
Good knowledge and experience with SDLC, including design, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
Experience with tick architecture, large-scale data capture, and data analysis
Ability to write clean and efficient code
Experience in other languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
Strong interpersonal skills with good relationship-building and engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
