We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our software products-working closely with design, engineering, and business teams. • Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with company goals and user needs.
• User & Market Research
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with UX/UI designers, engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to drive feature development and delivery.
• Design Advocacy
• Collaborate hands-on in Figma (or similar) to create and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Requirements & Documentation
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs; maintain up-to-date product documentation.
• Release & Performance Tracking
• Coordinate product launches, define success metrics (KPIs), and analyze post-release performance for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Present product plans, progress, and results to executives and cross-functional teams; manage expectations., 1. A product you've managed end-to-end, including your role in the design process.
2. Examples (screenshots or links) of Figma files or prototypes you've created or heavily influenced. 3. Any relevant FinTech projects or domain knowledge.


• 3+ years of product management experience in software-focused roles (SaaS, mobile, web, etc.).
• Strong design sensibility and demonstrable experience crafting or reviewing user interfaces in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proven ability to translate user needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset with experience using data (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to inform decisions.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments; experience with tools like Jira or Trello.
Nice-to-Have
• FinTech experience: familiarity with financial services, payments, banking workflows, or regulatory considerations.
• Background in UX research or visual design.
• Experience with prototyping tools beyond Figma (e.g., Framer, Principle).
• Knowledge of API-driven products and integrations.
• Exposure to growth/product-marketing practices (A/B testing, conversion funnels).
