The opportunity to apply your science or engineering degree to a wide cross-section of clients and technologies.

A strong academic background to at least 2:1 degree level, in biotechnology, biochemistry or similar subject. A PhD or relevant industrial experience would be advantageous.
A deep understanding of biotech including CRISPR, plant biology and genetics, cell and molecular biology, antibody engineering and immunology plus a good understanding of organic chemistry.
An interest in and enthusiasm for science and technology.
Good written and oral communication skills that can be adapted for clients from a wide variety of educational and commercial backgrounds.
The ability to make confident judgement calls based on information provided
A good eye for detail and accuracy.
