Introduction

We are looking to recruit an apprentice Surveyor to work in our Maintenance Teams. You will learn a range of skills and gain a great deal of on-the-job experience throughout your apprenticeship. You will be expected to attend college and achieve a Level 3 Construction Support Technician.

What You'll Do

Undertake a period of training to acquire the skills to inspect properties for all kinds of maintenance works
Work within various repair & investment teams and produce inspection reports and maintain accurate records of surveys
Gain an understanding of and assist in the procurement of contracts
Help prepare specifications and schedules
Work with internal and external contractors
Assist with ensuring that work conforms to specification & regulation
Complete a weekly timesheet and other paperwork

Training Outcome

There is no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship however opportunities and vacancies will arise which apprentices can apply for.
