About the Employer

Leek High is a Secondary School teaching students aged 13-16, we are based on the edge of peak district and have a small co-hort of students from the local community and surrounding villages.

What You'll Do

Classroom Support - Implementing & developing Plans/adaptations to support student to achieve their potential in lessons
Provide feedback to teachers on pupils' achievements, progress & development
Organising and leading extra curricula activities such as Lunch clubs, revision sessions.
Accompany staff & pupils on visits, trips.
Encourage pupils to engage in the full spectrum of school life.
Provide general support to pupils, Promote & safeguard the welfare of young people you come into contact with.
Comply with H&S & trust policies and proceedures (training will be provided)
