Full Job Description
Under the guidance of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist you will work within Cumberland County Council and across two NHS Trusts. You will use your psychological knowledge and analytical skills to provide training, evaluate the pathway, and effect change in statutory systems., The role is a 12-month fixed term contract which is ideal for gaining experience in neurodevelopmental differences, audit and service development. The project aims to develop early intervention and pre-diagnostic support for children. Your main responsibilities will be around the development and delivery of training for diverse groups and the evaluation (with colleagues). It is important that the candidate appreciates the importance of neuroaffirmative language and thinking as co-production with young people and families will be key.
The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. You will receive regular management and clinical supervision.
