What You'll Be Doing As a Care Professional, you'll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You'll follow personalised care plans designed to promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, incontinence support)
Medication support
Meal preparation and assistance
Shopping and practical daily tasks
Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying)
Companionship and emotional support

What You'll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don't need care experience - just the passion to help others. Full, paid training is provided, along with ongoing support to help you grow. We're looking for:
Genuine compassion and respect for others

Willingness to learn new skills
Good communication and teamwork

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

Whether you need shifts that work around family life, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle (full-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available):
Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Competitive Pay: £12.71 per hour.
️ Full Shift Pay: We pay for your time between visits. This means you are paid for your entire shift, unlike many other providers!
Mileage: Paid at 28p per mile.
