Full Job Description
You don't need previous care experience to apply. We provide full training and a paid induction, whether you're starting your working life, changing careers or returning to work. What you'll do You'll visit people in their own homes and provide support based on their individual needs. This includes:
- Helping with personal care, while respecting each person's dignity and preferences.
- Supporting medication routines, mobility and mealtimes.
- Encouraging people to do the things they can independently.
- Offering companionship and reassurance.
You'll need to be reliable, considerate and comfortable supporting people with personal care. A willingness to learn matters, as does treating people with patience and respect., A caring and respectful approach. - Reliability and commitment.
- Willingness to complete training. Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential.
