Job Overview

Nursery Third in Hours: Full-time (40 hours, Monday to Friday) with flexible options available. Location: Nursery name (local bus stop + Onsite parking). Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery Third in Charge, you will help children learn, play, and grow in a safe environment. You will be part of the nursery leadership team, leading through positive role modeling, developing staff through coaching and supervision, and helping to maintain the nursery standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Level 3 childcare qualification (written and spoken English)

Experience in Early Years setting

Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices

Ability to encourage children to express feelings, share ideas, and form relationships

Understanding of safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and staff
