Job Overview

Nursery Third in Hours: Full-time (40 hours, Monday to Friday) with flexible options available. Location: Nursery name (local bus stop + Onsite parking). We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Third in Charge with recognition and genuine opportunities to grow, all in a nurturing environment where both children and colleagues thrive.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery Third in Charge, you will help children learn, play, and grow in a safe environment. You will be part of the nursery leadership team, leading through positive role modeling, developing staff through coaching and supervision, and helping to maintain the nursery standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 3 childcare qualification (written and spoken English)


• Experience in Early Years setting


• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices


• Ability to encourage children to express feelings, share ideas, and form relationships


• Understanding of safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and staff
