Maintain accurate, market-ready stock lists in collaboration with Asset Management.
Identify opportunities to improve stock value, liquidity, or marketability.
Feed real-time market intelligence into wider stock and commercial strategy.
Represent AJW at industry events, meetings, and partner discussions.

Proven aviation sales professional from an MRO, trading, brokerage, or aftermarket background.
Comfortable owning a sales number and working without ha eavy structure or supervision.
Strong understanding of inventory dynamics, pricing pressure, and aftermarket cycles.
Confident negotiator with credibility across airlines, MROs, and traders.
Commercially sharp, data-aware, and motivated by results rather than process.
Willingness to frequently travel for work.
