As a Complex Home Care Assistant with MSH Healthcare, you will support one individual to live safely and independently in their own home. This is a full-time position providing consistent, person-centred support to a specific service user in Poulton-Le-Fylde. You will help promote their independence, dignity, wellbeing, choice and control while delivering care tailored to their individual needs. About the Role Your responsibilities may include:

Providing personal and complex care
Supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and training
Supporting daily routines and activities
Promoting independence, dignity, choice and control
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following care plans, risk assessments and agreed procedures
Accurately completing care records
Recognising and reporting changes or concerns
Working closely with the service user, their family and the wider care team, This is a part-time position, averaging 24 hours per week.

8:00am-10:00pm
7:00pm-7:00am

Hold a valid UK driving licence
Be willing to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, including the appropriate barred-list check where applicable
