Full Job Description
As a Complex Home Care Assistant with MSH Healthcare, you will support one individual to live safely and independently in their own home. This is a full-time position providing consistent, person-centred support to a specific service user in Poulton-Le-Fylde. You will help promote their independence, dignity, wellbeing, choice and control while delivering care tailored to their individual needs. About the Role Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal and complex care
- Supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and training
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice and control
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans, risk assessments and agreed procedures
- Accurately completing care records
- Recognising and reporting changes or concerns
- Working closely with the service user, their family and the wider care team, This is a part-time position, averaging 24 hours per week. Available shift times are:
- 7:00am-7:00pm
- 8:00am-10:00pm
- 7:00pm-7:00am

- Be aged 18 or over
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Be willing to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, including the appropriate barred-list check where applicable
- Be willing to complete all required pre-employment checks
- Be able to work the agreed full-time shift pattern At least one year of previous care experience is preferred. Relevant complex-care experience would be an advantage, although role-specific nurse-led training will be provided.

You will be required to work an average of two shifts per week, consisting of a combination of day and night shifts across all seven days of the week. Rotas are planned and issued approximately 6-8 weeks in advance. Pay and Benefits
