Oversee production processes including lairage, abattoir, quartering, de-boning, trimming, processing, packing, storage, and distribution of meat products.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
Develop and implement strategic resource plans to optimise efficiency and meet customer expectations.
Lead and motivate a team to achieve optimal yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Proven experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, preferably in meat processing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
