Retail Commercial Account Management Graduate

You will be hands on from the start, with plenty of learning opportunities and time for consolidation through a structured workbook and placement package. Gaining a full understanding of operations & commercial is key for a successful career in the meat industry and so obtaining knowledge of the following areas is desirable:

• Lairage
• Slaughter
• Boning/Production
• Customer Specifications
• Stock Rotation (Maturation)
• Despatch
  
  This placement will be in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment gaining a hands-on experience across operations, production and commercial with a focus on continuous improvement resulting in a truly unique understanding of a complex food processor.
You will have the opportunity to experience the red meat food supply chain through a specifically developed work placement program ensuring you gain relevant experience and an opportunity to put your skills and knowledge into practice.
