At Right at Home Solent, we don't just schedule care we make it happen. We are looking for a confident, organised, and people-driven Rota & Onboarding Coordinator to join our Fareham office and play a vital role in keeping our care service running smoothly.,

Build and manage staff rotas to ensure reliable, high-quality care delivery
Coordinate CareGivers, clients, and families with clear, confident communication
Fill shifts quickly and effectively, including last-minute changes and emergencies
Motivate and influence CareGivers to ensure shifts are covered and standards are met
Support onboarding of new CareGivers and ensure a smooth, welcoming induction process
Keep accurate scheduling records using care management systems
Work closely with the office team to maintain excellent service delivery
Participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours emergencies when required

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
