Full Job Description

Join Right at Home Solent as a Morning Care Assistant, working 7am-1pm. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your working days while building a rewarding career supporting people in your local community., You'll help people remain independent in their own homes by providing:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship
  • Light household assistance
  • Support with appointments and daily routines

    No previous care experience is required-we'll provide all the training you need.

    Morning Shift Available
  • 7:00am - 1:00pm
  • Minimum 3 mornings per week
  • Alternate weekend availability required

  • £14.80-£16.59/hr weekdays
  • £15.30-£17.15/hr weekends (holiday pay included)
  • 35p per mile paid mileage
  • Flexible-hours contract to suit your lifestyle
  • Opportunity to apply for a Guaranteed Hours Contract after 12 weeks
  • One-hour minimum visits - no rushed care calls
  • Regular Clients close to home
  • Paid training from day one
  • £150 Refer-a-Friend Bonus
  • Monthly CareGiver bonus draw, You'll need:
  • Available for 7am-1pm shifts
  • Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Alternate weekend availability
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • A caring, reliable and compassionate attitude
