Creating authentic designs from research and concept presentations through to the final product alongside the CEO.
Focusing on enhancing the details, fabrication and construction of timeless silhouettes and co-ords, ensuring everything is truly original and tasteful
Create technical drawings and specifications for production
Manage sourcing requests to suppliers i.e., fabric and trim
Managing the organisation of the fabric and trim library
Partner with Production and Product Development on supplier allocation, costing obstacles, and quality adherence.
Attend weekly fit sessions, giving input into design details whilst assisting the garment technologists with any CADs needed on the back of changes for fit comments
Preparing monthly release CAD boards for display
Preparing design and sign-off meeting note packs
Undertake and compile competitor shop reports and seasonal/monthly trend reports

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Confident using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Completed Fashion Design qualification (degree level)
Experience working for/with high-end tasteful retailers
Exceptional levels of taste and aesthetic judgement
Highly organised with good time management skills
Willingness and flexibility to adapt ways of working to meet brand requirements and deadlines
A confident individual with the ability to present work individually to a wider team
