SOAR Community are seeking to recruit an experienced lead worker responsible for the day-to-day frontline operations of the Wellbeing Coach team, which forms part of SOARs social prescribing service. The role will include:

Providing guidance, training and compassionate leadership to inspire the team to work collaboratively, ensuring they are able to develop personally and professionally
Ensuring cases are allocated to team capacity, including maintaining effective referral relationships with Primary Care Networks and other partner organisations
Ensuring one-to-one casework & group activities remain person centred, so clients get the best experience and support according to their needs and wishes
Ensuring Wellbeing Coach led activities are resourced appropriately, including overseeing a team budget and supporting small-medium grant funding
