Lead Wellbeing Coach

SOAR Community are seeking to recruit an experienced lead worker responsible for the day-to-day frontline operations of the Wellbeing Coach team, which forms part of SOARs social prescribing service. The role will include:

• Providing guidance, training and compassionate leadership to inspire the team to work collaboratively, ensuring they are able to develop personally and professionally
• Ensuring cases are allocated to team capacity, including maintaining effective referral relationships with Primary Care Networks and other partner organisations
• Ensuring one-to-one casework & group activities remain person centred, so clients get the best experience and support according to their needs and wishes
• Ensuring Wellbeing Coach led activities are resourced appropriately, including overseeing a team budget and supporting small-medium grant funding
