Own, design, and deliver operational processes, services, and business functionality within Oracle MOM globally.
Operate IT Operations processes and technology, and resolve escalations across hardware, software, and process issues.
Provide support during EU business hours for European finance business stakeholders.
Communicate strategy across relevant levels and collaborate with global IT and business partners.
Lead work provided by a third-party service provider.
Create, own, and maintain technical and process documentation, including SOPs, guides, and knowledge articles.
Drive operational stability, resiliency, ITSM, DevSecOps best practices, and support complex IT service changes.
Lead best practice and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Evaluate third-party engagement needs and lead SOW reviews.
Define development and operational processes, standards, and best practices.
Onboard new hires, mentor and coach team members, and support talent acquisition through interviews.
Champion the team culture and drive adoption of MOM SDM across IT.
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle MOM and own technical or process roadmaps for future-state improvements.

Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle MOM, with expert subject matter knowledge of end-to-end business application processes.
Proven experience owning, designing, and delivering operational processes, services, and business functionality in a global environment.
Experience operating IT Operations processes and technology, including escalation management and troubleshooting hardware, software, and process issues.
Strong understanding of ITIL best practices, ITSM, DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and operational stability/resiliency.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence business partners, service providers, customers, and senior leadership.
Experience working with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party service providers.
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead process definition, best practices, standards, roadmaps, and technical/process documentation.
Growth mindset with strong awareness of current technology, service management, and industry trends.
Experience supporting business operations during EU business hours.
Ability to onboard, mentor, coach, and support hiring/interview activities.
