What You'll Do

Key responsibilities:

Answering telephone enquiries from Trade and retail customers
Keeping customers updated with marketing promotions and offers
Updating customers details on Company software
Identifying the correct parts using Electronic parts catalogues
Processing orders
Handling cash and processing card payments
Serving customers at the trade counter
Replenishing stock for the trade counter

Training Outcome

You will become a Permanent member of the team and we will then look into progression courses for you

Working Week: Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (8.00am to 12.30pm Alternate Saturdays)

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
