Leading, coaching and developing a warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
Monitoring performance and using KPI data to drive continuous improvement.
Allocating workloads to drive productivity and ensure service targets are achieved.
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct and team development.
Leading team briefings and communicating key business updates.
Investigating operational issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with Warehouse, Transport and Operational teams to deliver excellent service.
Managing resources, equipment and warehouse assets effectively.

Are you an experienced people manager who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment?
Experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
A passion for developing and motivating people.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with performance measures and operational KPIs.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Good IT skills and experience using operational systems.
The ability to prioritise effectively and perform under pressure.
A strong focus on safety, service and team wellbeing.
