Product strategy & roadmap - Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for marketplace capabilities supporting Technology & Operations.
Delivery & execution - Translate business and governance needs into product features, measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
Backlog ownership - Prioritize the roadmap and engineering backlog based on user needs, adoption goals and strategic value.
Stakeholder management - Partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance and business teams to align delivery with priorities.
Adoption & enablement - Drive onboarding, documentation, demos, release readiness and reuse of marketplace capabilities.
AI & innovation - Shape capabilities that support AI-ready data, automation and scalable governance.

Bachelor's degree in a technology, data, business or related discipline.
8+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Governance or a related discipline.
Experience delivering enterprise data, governance, stewardship or marketplace capabilities.
Proven ability to define roadmaps, manage priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills.
Experience with tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms; financial services data experience is a plus.
