Full Job Description

  • Product strategy & roadmap - Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for marketplace capabilities supporting Technology & Operations.
  • Delivery & execution - Translate business and governance needs into product features, measurable outcomes and delivery plans.
  • Backlog ownership - Prioritize the roadmap and engineering backlog based on user needs, adoption goals and strategic value.
  • Stakeholder management - Partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance and business teams to align delivery with priorities.
  • Adoption & enablement - Drive onboarding, documentation, demos, release readiness and reuse of marketplace capabilities.
  • AI & innovation - Shape capabilities that support AI-ready data, automation and scalable governance.

    Bachelor's degree in a technology, data, business or related discipline.
  • 8+ years in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Governance or a related discipline.
  • Experience delivering enterprise data, governance, stewardship or marketplace capabilities.
  • Proven ability to define roadmaps, manage priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms; financial services data experience is a plus.
