Care Coordinator - Full Time / Part Time

Watra Care specialises in providing domiciliary care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell, and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full-time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office-based duties. Duties will include:

Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants

Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents

Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software

Dealing with new customer enquiries

Requirements:

Have previous experience in providing care to the domiciliary sector

Be pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service

Have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills

Driver's license and own vehicle

Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential

Our coordinators use software to organise rotas, so the successful candidate must be IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly
