Watra Care specialises in providing domiciliary care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell, and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full-time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office-based duties. Duties will include:

• Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants


• Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents


• Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software


• Dealing with new customer enquiries

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in providing care to the domiciliary sector


• Be pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service


• Have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills


• Driver's license and own vehicle


• Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential


• Our coordinators use software to organise rotas, so the successful candidate must be IT literate, with the ability to learn new software quickly
