Experience in a customer-facing retail role, ideally within sport or lifestyle environments, with the ability to support or lead teams on the shop floor.
Strong leadership presence-confident guiding others, giving direction, and motivating the team during fast-paced trading.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with a customer-first mindset and calm, approachable manner.
Solid commercial awareness, understanding retail performance drivers, KPIs, and how to maximise sales through strong floor execution.
Good operational judgement-knowing when to act independently and when to escalate, while confidently delivering daily priorities.
Strong organisational and visual standards focus, with an understanding of merchandising, stock processes, and maintaining an impactful shop floor.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with ambition to develop further, supporting team success and the wider management team.
