Introduction

Gestamp are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team. As an apprentice you will be a member of the Health and Safety team completing daily admin tasks, recording accidents, have ownership of service contracts such as cleaning, security and meter calibration.

What You'll Do

Daily Tasks:

Recording accident data
Administration and ownership of Health and Safety service contracts such as cleaning, security and meter calibration
Communicating with all departments to assist with timely completion of H&S processes and meetings. Ensure accident tracker is up to date and chase any outstanding investigations
Collection and recording of H&S related data for reporting
Distributing safety footwear and orders
Scan and save confidential HR/H&S documents to employees' files under the correct folders
Any other administrative tasks linked to health and safety and environment
Ensure accident investigation forms are completed and the tracker updated on time
Raising and logging of purchase order for H&S
Conducting HSE audits as required

Training Outcome

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be a full time position at the company and further training if required
