Introduction
Gestamp are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team. As an apprentice you will be a member of the Health and Safety team completing daily admin tasks, recording accidents, have ownership of service contracts such as cleaning, security and meter calibration.

Daily Tasks:
- Recording accident data
- Administration and ownership of Health and Safety service contracts such as cleaning, security and meter calibration
- Communicating with all departments to assist with timely completion of H&S processes and meetings. Ensure accident tracker is up to date and chase any outstanding investigations
- Collection and recording of H&S related data for reporting
- Distributing safety footwear and orders
- Scan and save confidential HR/H&S documents to employees' files under the correct folders
- Any other administrative tasks linked to health and safety and environment
- Ensure accident investigation forms are completed and the tracker updated on time
- Raising and logging of purchase order for H&S
- Conducting HSE audits as required
Training Outcome
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be a full time position at the company and further training if required
