As the School enters an exciting new phase of development, Wellingborough seeks an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join its Executive Leadership Group and Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Headmaster and working closely with Governors, the COO will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the School's strategic, financial, operational and commercial objectives. Leading a diverse professional services division of approximately 120 colleagues, the COO will oversee finance, estates, operations, commercial activity, governance, cyber security and organisational resilience, ensuring the School remains financially sustainable, operationally excellent and well positioned for future growth.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded leader with significant senior leadership experience, strong financial and operational expertise, and a track record of leading change and improvement within a complex organisation.
