Full Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants throughout their entire journey from application through to check-out.
- Handling day-to-day maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring high standards are upheld.
- Building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring expectations are managed and issues resolved professionally.
- Carrying out property inspections, identifying and arranging necessary works in line with compliance requirements.
- Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, renewals and deposit returns in line with relevant legislation.
- Keeping property records and CRM systems up to date, and ensuring legal and safety requirements are met.

- ARLA/Propertymark qualifications are desirable.
- Full UK driving licence is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, calm, polite, and solutions-focused.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
We re recruiting on behalf of a respected lettings agency based in Banbury, known for doing things a little differently. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you ll support both landlords and tenants throughout the full lifecycle, from application and move-in, through to check-out and deposit return.
