As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budget holders and providing meaningful financial insight that helps drive informed business decisions.,

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis
Produce insightful reporting packs for senior leadership and budget holders
Partner with operational managers to provide financial advice and commercial support
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and year-end processes
Assist with internal and external audits
Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, banking and balance sheet reconciliations
Support cashflow monitoring and treasury activities
Develop and improve financial systems, reporting processes and internal controls
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practice
Contribute to wider finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

We're looking for someone who is proactive, analytical and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across the business., Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA or equivalent experience
Previous experience within a Management Accountant position
Strong month-end management accounting experience
Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience producing budgets, forecasts and financial reports
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues
A continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing financial processes

Salary of £46,674 - £53,569
