Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Partnering with operational teams to improve financial understanding
Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Supporting continuous improvement in processes and systems

Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can engage with non-finance stakeholders
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress
Experience in a similar role is advantageous
Clear progression pathway and study support in your Management Accountant career
Exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision-making
