As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences, building positive relationships with children and families, and supporting each child's individual development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You'll be part of a welcoming and experienced team that values collaboration, professional development, and high-quality childcare.,

Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based experiences
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with children's interests and developmental needs
Build secure and nurturing relationships with children and their families
Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys
Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and individual needs are met at all times
Maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and welcoming environment
Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety requirements
Work effectively as part of the wider nursery team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is committed to providing exceptional childcare and education, supporting children to learn, develop and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment., Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
Have experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework

Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding childcare
