About the Employer

WEST MIDLANDS MEDIA LTD is a digital-first creative and marketing business based in Wolverhampton. We support our own brand and a range of client projects, working across web development, design, project management and digital marketing to help organisations grow through stronger online presence, content and campaigns.

What You'll Do

Create content for websites, landing pages and blogs
Write and schedule social posts (captions, hashtags, short-form posts)
Design simple assets (social graphics, banners, basic infographics)
Repurpose content across web, social, email and video
Research industries, competitors and trends to generate content ideas
Support content planning and campaign schedules
Update website content and page layouts with guidance (CMS/WordPress)
Create and edit short-form videos for social (including AI-assisted tools where appropriate)
Work with the team to gather briefs, feedback and approvals, then refine content
Track basic performance metrics and note what to improve next time

The possibility of full-time employment on successful completion of your apprenticeship is available, subject to performance and business needs.
