About the Employer

Littlewick Medical Centre is GP practice with over 70 members of
staff. They are situated on Nottingham Road in Ilkeston. They have
been rated as ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

What You'll Do

Create patient referrals from dictations and other sources.
Liaise with hospitals and other secondary care providers where
necessary.
Take minutes for business meetings.
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers.
Logging of complaints.
