Full Job Description

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is seeking a Work Experience (WEX) Facilitator to expand access to meaningful work experience for young people across South London. You will build strong employer partnerships and create a sustainable pipeline of opportunities by engaging schools, employers, and local partners.

You will identify opportunities, broker relationships and influence stakeholders to ensure more young people access high-quality workplace experiences that support their progression.
