Full Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised and adaptable Workplace Operations Coordinator to join this prestigious corporate banking account in a unique role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and building relationships across multiple locations. Acting as a flexible support resource across Leeds, Manchester, Chester and Halifax, you'll provide workplace operational support wherever it is needed most, helping to maintain exceptional service standards and ensuring a seamless workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and stakeholders.

This is more than a traditional Workplace Operations Coordinator role. Customer facing experience delivery come first, combined with focused business support and administration. Alongside our on-site teams, you'll also support the wider Guest Services team with recruitment, HR and payroll administration, reporting, scheduling, audits and improvement activity.

You'll bring energy, sound judgement and a calm approach when priorities compete. Regular travel between locations is essential, so you'll need the flexibility, confidence, and enthusiasm to work across multiple sites; travel costs are covered through our internal booking system.

Key Responsibilities

On-site workplace delivery

-Create workplaces that feel safe, seamless, professional and welcoming every day.

-Deliver a warm, professional reception service, welcoming and checking in visitors and helping them navigate the workplace.

-Be the friendly, visible point of contact for colleague and stakeholder queries, taking ownership through to resolution.

-Coordinate and deliver meeting-room and event-space setups while keeping shared spaces looking their best.

-Provide first-fix AV support in meeting rooms and event spaces.

-Manage day-to-day mailroom tasks, including receiving, logging and distributing incoming mail, and processing outgoing mail.

-Step in where needed across Leeds, Manchester, Chester and Halifax, supporting on-site teams, Facilities Managers and service partners.

Operational support

-Keep recruitment moving, coordinating interviews, candidate communications and onboarding administration.

-Take accurate, confidential HR meeting notes and stay on top of HR and payroll administration.

-Coordinate team schedules and rotas to keep the right cover in place across locations.

-Complete site audits, compliance checks and reporting, following actions through to completion.

-Support presentations, communications and improvement activity, keeping competing operational and business needs on track.

Demonstrable customer experience in hospitality or a corporate workplace, with a real passion for great service.

-A calm, confident and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise competing demands.

-Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at every level, and adapt your style appropriately.

-Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel to communicate, coordinate and keep work on track.

-Ready and flexible to travel regularly between Leeds, Manchester, Chester and Halifax.

At Signature, we're passionate about people and creating workplace experiences that feel effortless, welcoming and memorable. Join a supportive, energetic team where you can make a visible difference on-site while becoming a trusted part of the operation behind the scenes.
