Window Cleaner

GreenSquareAccord are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Window Cleaning Operatives. No previous experience is required - we will provide full training. Salary - £24,784.50pa Hours - 37.5 per week What you ll be doing Based from our Wednesbury depot, you will work as part of a two-person team travelling to sites across Birmingham, the Black Country and Coventry, carrying out the cleaning and maintenance of communal internal and external glass fixtures. Working as part of a two-person mobile team. Travelling from our Wednesbury base to customer sites each day. Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external glass surfaces. Operating specialist cleaning equipment and hand-held computers (tablets) to record work completed. Providing a professional, friendly and courteous service to residents, customers and members of the public. Following schedules and arriving on time for work and customer appointments., Full training and ongoing support. Opportunity to learn specialist cleaning techniques and equipment. A valid UK driving licence and ability to reliably commute to Wednesbury (WS10) each working day. A positive attitude and willingness to learn a new practical/manual trade. Good timekeeping and reliability. Friendly, polite and professional communication skills. Basic IT ability to enter records onto hand held tablets. Comfortable working outdoors and carrying out manual work.
