Exposure is seeking two experienced Trustees to join our board at an exciting moment of growth and transformation. Under new leadership, we are entering an exciting new phase, building on over 30 years of impact to deepen our focus on digital empowerment and young people's wellbeing.
For three decades, Exposure has been at the forefront of youth-led digital media, supporting over 200 young people each year to improve their mental health, confidence and future opportunities. Through creative programmes in podcasting, film, design and digital storytelling, young people develop skills, leadership and a powerful voice to challenge stigma and shape the narratives that affect their lives.

As a Trustee, you will play a key role in guiding this next chapter. You will contribute to strategic decision-making, ensure strong governance, and support the organisation's sustainability and growth. Working closely with a committed board and leadership team, you will help ensure Exposure remains impactful, resilient and responsive to the needs of the young people we serve.

We are particularly interested in individuals who can bring expertise in areas such as fundraising, finance, digital media, partnerships, HR, safeguarding or governance. Just as important is a genuine passion for supporting marginalised young people and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
