Swift Temps Ltd is proud to be recruiting for a Training Consultant for a permanent position based in the Yorkshire area for our client. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering world-class product training to ECI customers, helping to build their confidence and competence in the use of our products. Your engaging and informative training sessions will ensure that delegates leave with the skills and understanding they need to succeed. The role purpose of the Product Training Consultant is to deliver world-class product training to ECI customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging product training sessions at customer sites.
  • Demonstrate the correct use of products, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Instill confidence and develop the skills of delegates, ensuring they can operate our products to a high standard.
  • Accurately capture and submit delegate details for certification purposes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training-driven sales opportunities and support promotional strategies.
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times, including adherence to health and safety regulations and handling conflict or concerns respectfully and effectively.

    Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training, with strong presentation, assessment, and evaluation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to engage a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledgeable about sector-relevant legislation, and able to present this clearly and professionally.
  • Experience Required
  • Minimum of 2 years in training and be confident in presenting. Assessment and Evaluation Skills and Customer Service
  • Must hold a recognised Trainer Certification and demonstrate a high standard of written English.
  • Must be Proficient in using Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desirable:
  • Medical device training experience.
  • Assessor Certification.
