Responsibilities

• Work with designated accounts in your territory to deliver sales, profit, share, and cash collection targets


• Prospect for and develop new distribution opportunities


• Develop appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods as well as providing quality service


• Execute business sales plans, marketing initiatives, new product launches, promotions, and more to grow profitability


• Review our brand presence and maintain our brand leadership status by regularly merchandising our products to gain maximum awareness in store


• Deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others

About You

• Sales experience or a willingness to learn on the job


• Good at building relationships at all levels


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and practical financial skills


• An understanding of category management and an eye for effective merchandising


• Excels at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations


• Full driving license
