Full Job Description
We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Estate Planning team at Co-op Legal Services. You'll use management information (MI) to monitor performance, guide delivery, and ensure we're meeting targets while providing an excellent client experience. The role involves inclusive, supportive leadership, helping colleagues develop and confidently managing difficult conversations. By developing and supporting case managers, it strengthens the team's capability and helps us meet growing demand, playing an important part in the continued success of Co-op Legal Services. What you'll do
- Line manage a team of 8-10 legal case managers, conducting regular 121's, case progression meetings, and performance conversations, and supporting individual development
- Analyse and prepare MI to support effective decision making and identify improvements to the service
- Interpret and develop MI to support business partner relationships
- Review capacity management and allocate cases to ensure effective day to day delivery
- Handle and resolve client complaints
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues across the business, including the senior team leaders

Every year, our personal injury solicitors and litigation lawyers secure millions of pounds in compensation through personal injury claims for people injured in accidents through no fault of their own.
