  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and forward-thinking Performing Arts department.
  • Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and participation.

    Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Drama and the Performing Arts.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and high expectations.
  • Can motivate and inspire young people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Is committed to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
